DMCA Policy

Wolfstream IPTV respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners can notify us of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (“DMCA”).

Our Position

Wolfstream IPTV is a matching platform. We do not host, store, stream or distribute any audiovisual content. Our website contains descriptive text and images for our own services only. If you believe that any material on our website infringes your copyright, please notify us as set out below.

Submitting a Notice

Please send a written notice to info@wolfstreamiptv.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. The notice must include:

  • Your full name, address, phone number and email address
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The exact URL of the material you claim is infringing
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Our Response

On receiving a valid notice, we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material identified. We may forward a copy of the notice to the person who posted the material. Please note that knowingly making a false claim of infringement may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address. It must include your contact details, the location of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found). If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that legal action has been filed.

Repeat Infringers

Where appropriate, we may restrict or terminate the access of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

Third-Party Providers
